I'm overwhelmed by the amazing service. Both Lyza & Beth are total pros. Beth made room for an appointment on a busy week. Lyza sent me a free Uber back to my office & had the car washed!!! I dont know if it is possible to make it easier. I didn't have an appointment and it was not a problem. They offered me a free Uber to my office. They had to hold the car overnight as there was 2 recalls I didn't know. Unfortunately I would not be in town the next day to pick up the vehicle. So they offered to drive it to my house and park it in my driveway and leave the keys with my wife at home. Only 10 dollars foe the state inspection and I was done. Everything else including service , oil change and recall fixes were free. Tha k you Manhattan Porsche. Although I did not buy my vehicle here, you treated me as Porsche Fanily....as it should be ! BRAVO !! More

Was there for service overall good, for a luxury car the staff could be a bit more polished & a bit more hospitable. I work in the luxury industry & have high standards as all luxury brand should. My bigges staff could be a bit more polished & a bit more hospitable. I work in the luxury industry & have high standards as all luxury brand should. My biggest turn off was seeing Representatives eating at there desk while processing a clients paperwork. More

I sanity—proceed with caution. I brought my brand new 2021 Flying Spur to Manhattan Motorcars in October 2024 for a persistent engine light issue. It is now June 2025, and the car is still sitting there, unfixed. Despite numerous attempts to diagnose the problem, the dealership has not resolved it—and has provided no clear timeline or consistent communication throughout this process. Worse yet, I made it very clear from the beginning that any loaner vehicle would need to accommodate my wife’s mobility challenges, due to an ongoing medical condition and surgery. That request was ignored for months. The first loaner vehicle was completely unsuitable, and an appropriate, accessible loaner was only provided in June 2025—after legal pressure. The dealership has not returned or repaired the vehicle, and their handling of both the service issue and our accessibility needs has been unacceptable. This is not the level of professionalism or care you expect—especially from a brand that sells ultra-luxury vehicles. I'm sharing this so others are aware: If this is how they treat a $300K customer, don’t assume you’ll be treated any better. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and far from what “luxury” should look like. More

Their technicians worked through several complicated decryption techniques over the course of the next few days to decrypt my lost password. They worked through the security levels, attempted all manner of likely variations, and-amazingly-got me logged back on. I felt like I'd won the lottery when I was presented with my balance again. I must have sounded exactly like that barista, praising the merits of Web Bailiff Contractor to anyone who would hear me, because the relief was total. Not only did they restore my funds, but they provided me with sensible advice regarding password management, locking down my crypto, and how to steer clear of such calamities in the future. To this day, whenever I walk by that coffee shop, I always leave a generous tip—just because, if it weren't for that chat, I might still have been shut out of my Bitcoin.
