My first new car buying experience, Cory McMurray is great! I live in Oakland so wanted to get as much done as possible via internet, without visiting the dealership. After reaching out to various Bay Area dea I live in Oakland so wanted to get as much done as possible via internet, without visiting the dealership. After reaching out to various Bay Area dealers via truecar and email, I saw that Manly had the best prices; some dealers would not even provide a quote via email. Cory McMurray was wonderful in making it all happen, including getting the car delivered to me- I never visited the dealership and all my correspondence with Cory was done via email; we spoke on the phone the day my car was delivered. The process took longer since I wanted to communicate via email, instead of visiting the dealership, and I was OK with that. Cory answered my questions and kept me posted when the car I wanted was not in their inventory. Big thanks to Sales Manager Brian Chock for making the dealer trade happen, as well as Neil Stanely in Finance. I very much appreciated Manly and Cory's transparency and honesty, ie providing me with a selling price quote via email and giving me a break down of the various fees and taxes involved in arriving at the "out the door" price, without any surprise fees or charges. Cory made recommendations about extended warranties but never pressured me, and he also threw in some free accessories. This was my first brand new car and first time doing business with a dealership, and I don't think it could have worked out much better- I'm loving my 2018 CR-V.
