The whole process took an hour and fifteen minutes in the dealership. We will certainly be back and ask for Brian when our next kid is ready for a car. I also needed to have the A/C system re-charged and checked out to get it working to peak performance, since we are having hotter days lately. They did that very well and the A/C is now back to full strength. I also was having a grinding noise coming from the wheels when doing full right or left turns coming from a complete stop and then accelerating. The technician took my car on a test drive and was able to verify and fix the problem. So now my Honda is running like new, thank you. More

Oil and tire rotation I gave 5 cause I showed up at my appt time and was greeted at my car. I went in to the service area waiting only a couple of minutes and Bill came and I gave 5 cause I showed up at my appt time and was greeted at my car. I went in to the service area waiting only a couple of minutes and Bill came and got me to start the paperwork on what I needed to get done today. While I was there they pulled my car in to start the service, which was great. Bill called me and kept me updated on when it should be done, which really gives me a peace mind. Bill then called me when the car was down and I came back paid and out the door. Overall great experience! More
