Simple, Straightforward Process We called Manly to check to see if a specific used car was still available. We were put in touch Jesse Bower. Jesse stated that the vehicle was still We called Manly to check to see if a specific used car was still available. We were put in touch Jesse Bower. Jesse stated that the vehicle was still available and he asked us to call him when we were on our way so that he could pull the car upfront. We are two hours away from Manly but decided to drive there anyway. En route we called and upon arrival we noted that the car was upfront and waiting. We met Jesse Baseball, took a test drive and sat down with Jesse to complete the transaction. The price of the vehicle was so competitive that there was no need to negotiate over that. We agreed to move forward but had a time limit to complete the process. Jesse started typing away on his computer and within 20-30 minutes we were in finance with Dave Sambad. This was a cash purchase so we didn't need to work out any financing arrangements but dave was there to support us anyway. Dave quickly and clearly explained our choices for additional options but in a low key, no pressure way. We decided against any additional add ons. Dave simply stated he was just fine with with that and moved forward with completing the paperwork. Within 20 minutes, we completed all of the paperwork and were ready to take our newest vehicle back home. We have to say that this was as simple and friendly a transaction as we have ever experienced. Jesse and Dave were terrific and we highly recommend Manly Honda when you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Nice work guys and thank you! Dennis & Betty More
Great experience with Manly Honda I came in for regular maintenance and brake replacement. It was very easy to schedule my appointment online. The staff at Manly was very professional I came in for regular maintenance and brake replacement. It was very easy to schedule my appointment online. The staff at Manly was very professional and friendly and made sure I was comfortable while my car was being serviced. Instead of taking the shuttle, I waited in the waiting room and my car was done 2 hours before the time I was qouted. I'm very happy with my service and will definitely be returning to Manly! More
Lacking I arrived early and then was told to wait. I sat outside because it was beautiful. Another customer sat with me and her service rep walked out to ge I arrived early and then was told to wait. After waiting a total of 35 minutes I walked inside, and had to wait an additional 10 minutes while my service rep worked with another customer. One plus - I requested a rental car and they had that ready for me. I do wish the service center cleaned cars after service. The last Honda dealership did this. More
