Wonderful First Car Purchase Experience The first day I stepped onto the Manly new car parking lot I realized two things. First off, buying a new car should be a fun, exciting, and memorable The first day I stepped onto the Manly new car parking lot I realized two things. First off, buying a new car should be a fun, exciting, and memorable experience. And secondly, not all car dealerships deliver with this customer experience. My friends, whom were accompanying me for moral support, and I were looking at and considering every make and model of the Accord and the Civic. That's when J.R. came out to introduce himself and ask if we needed any help. His professionalism made us feel at ease when we test drove the Accord and the Civic. He answered every question we threw at him and more. He didn't push us to go into the dealership afterwards to talk numbers but allowed us to continue our car/truck search with a polite and simple farewell. I thought to myself this is the type of salesman I envisioned I would buy my first car from! Upon return to Manly within the next two days, I was searching for J.R. and Jose Flores was the first person to ask if I was being helped, while aimlessly waiting in the dealership. Long story short, he mentioned J.R. was out of the dealership for the day so Jose could answer any further questions I had. I had every intention of purchasing that day. He took me in a second test drive to solidify the exact car that I wanted. His calm, relaxed demeanor made it a very comfortable experience. He is very knowledgeable of the makes and models of the cars on the lot. He answered all my tech/spec questions extremely thoroughly. What made this experience one to remember, was Jose's priority of my best interest. I would 100% recommend Jose and J.R. to anyone looking to buy a new or used car! Went to appointment yesterday, opting to wait at Manly. Long line of cars. Took 50 minutes before car moved to service bay. But work proceeded quickly and was finished about 30 min behind estimated. No problem. Bill Robertson was very professional. As was rest of team. Need to schedule appointments for early AM in future. Only suggestion would be to add to staff during heavy phone periods such as current Takata recall situation. More

First Car!!! Jose was the best at getting me my new car. I didn't get approved for a high loan but he did as much as possible so I could get the perfect car for my Jose was the best at getting me my new car.
