Although the showroom at Manly Honda was filled with buyers and prospective buyers, the atmosphere was relaxed and our salesperson was low key throughout the exploratory process of determining which vehicle & trim level was appropriate for us. We made our decision as to which vehicle we wanted, then let our salesperson Alina guide us through the various options, features & benefits, etc.to arrive at the right trim level and overall package. She was grounded and very helpful to us in that process, without pressuring us in any way. We would recommend this dealership and this salesperson to others looking to buy a new vehicle. More
2 1/2 hour oil change!! Came in for a simple quick oil change, was told it would only be an hour. 2 1/2 hours later my car was finally done. Stressful, disappointing. Service was terrible. Arrived at the service dept. on Saturday 7/1/16 at 3:50 pm, due to a dead Honda battery that was installed by this service dept. Battery was under the Arrived at the service dept. on Saturday 7/1/16 at 3:50 pm, due to a dead Honda battery that was installed by this service dept. Battery was under the 100 month warranty. I was approached by a service representative named Dave ? He was very rude, unprofessional, not paying any attention, and stated "I am sorry, everyone has left for the day. I can't help you, you have to come back on Tuesday the 5th." I approached the desk to inquire how late the mechanics worked, was told "they leave at 4:00 pm, and the service department closes at 5:30 pm." I told the person at the desk named Janell that it was 3:50 when I came in and was confronted by service rep. Dave who refused to help. Janell told me to wait until she went and spoke to someone about the situation and the battery was finally changed, and I left as a very unhappy and disgusted long time customer of Santa Rosa Manly Honda. This was not a very good customer service and representation of your service department. More
