When working with Darin not he finance aspect it was the same. They even called me after the paper work was signed to inform me that my monthly payment would be LESS than originally stated. Dave and the rest of the staff are customer focused, frankly dis I bought my Honda Civic Hybrid 8 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else for service. Dave and the rest of the staff are customer focused, frankly discuss what's happening with the car and are totally honest. Went in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. Dave also replaced a couple of running lights himself since he knew I was late for an appointment. Great work Dave! Always fun to talk with Bill Richardson too. More

He took the time to understand what I needed and wanted in a new vehicle for my family. I am a single mom of two girls, I work full time and am on a strapped budget to say the least with two little superstars to provide for. I felt safe at Honda knowing I would not be sold something that did not serve my needs. I need space for the girls...and their girlfriends’ and their bags... lol, carpooling, practices, rigorous schedules. A lot of demands to meet, however my new Honda Civic is a dream and accommodates every last need of ours! Pretty impressive!!! Pleasing a bunch of chick, picky chicks at that or so we've been told....so I went to see Chris at Manly and he made short work of our demands. I couldn’t be happier with the new addition to our family! Cherie Turnage Platinum Chevrolet ;) I should also add how beautiful the facility is, clean, open, fresh. The beverage station is wonderful and so much fun to use, the kids just loved that they could have their hot chocolate made fresh before their eyes, and mom loved the extra espresso shot lol ;) there are built in tablets in the waiting area for the children, pre-loaded with subway surfer :) so the kids were just so content allowing me to feel at peace and be able to conduct a seamless car buying experience. Priceless. More
Sales experience was good, beware "Options" sales though I went to the dealership, knew what car I wanted and two different saleperson's helped me. And they were helpful.
