I was in a bit A couple of months ago my 15 year old beloved vehicle broke down. and I had to get a new car . I have wanted a Honda Pilot for years! I was in a bit of a panic mode because I had no vehicle, and car rentals are very costly on a day by day basis. I contacted Manly Honda, which is not close to my home town... after talking to several other dealerships who were not helpful. I was put in touch with Cory McMurray. Cory is a wonderful customer service sales rep. He was very informative, he listened, and he wanted to know exactly the car I desired. I was told by many other Honda dealers that it would take months to order and receive the new Honda Pilot with the exact specs that I desired. Cory made it happen. He researched and found my Pilot in the Bay Area, and then he had it transported to Manly Honda ....and I am now a happy Honda Pilot owner . We have both purchased and leased several cars over the years. It's always an ordeal... I truly don't understand when you come in with a budget an amount and then it all seems to go sideways, and eventually seems to all work out, it's all the bantering back and forth that is so unnecessary. Tony did a great job. I would come back and purchase another car from him and probably will. The car was not cleaned or detailed, when delivered for me to drive off the lot. "Unexpected Day!" While my 2005 Pilot was being serviced, I thought I'd 'JUST LOOK' at the new CR-V's on the lot. At the end of the day, I had a new CR-V in my garage! While my 2005 Pilot was being serviced, I thought I'd 'JUST LOOK' at the new CR-V's on the lot. At the end of the day, I had a new CR-V in my garage! To be frank, I'd seen ads on TV and wanted to check them out but dreaded dealing with a salesperson. Family and friends suggested I shop online but I hadn't had time. After talking with Nicholas Hatch in the service department about my Pilot, I mentioned I'd like to look at the CR-Vs. He introduced me to Upgrade Director, Chris Navarro. I had NO intention of buying a car that day but it was Chris who sold me. He was informative, answered questions with no sales pressure which I liked! When we talked about financing the car, I appreciated his knowledge and suggestions. He was patient and thorough explaining things about the car before I left.
