I cannot recommend Tom Larson enough. I came in knowing what we were looking for, and the price we were hoping to spend after lots of online research. Tom never pressured me into getting something bigger or fancier, which was *really really* great: I didn't feel like I had to have my guard up the whole time. I really felt like he listened and helped us get what we wanted and needed. He was kind and attentive and very engaging - and made great friends with our three year-old. As a sales person, he was patient, thorough and transparent, definitely going above and beyond. He also helped with finding the right insurance, and what was especially impressive, was that he took time on a Saturday to drive one of our cars back home (which helped avoid a logistical nightmare for us). More
