The only thing I have to critasize is the length of time it I asked for Navagation on my new Honda. I even thought it came with this model as standard equipment. I discovered it does not have Nav. yesterday PM. I asked for Navagation on my new Honda. I even thought it came with this model as standard equipment. I discovered it does not have Nav. yesterday PM. I'm very disappointed with this feature not being included. I had a good GPS receiver but let it go with my Lincoln, thinking I had one on the Honda. Not only could I have gotten the car $300 cheaper in Napa but now, I'm going to be out another $290 for a GPS. I'm not a happy camper. Al Young 707 484 0056 More

And needed pulsating brakes checked to see if rotors needed to be re-surfaced. They found a scew in a tire. Said it was in the sidewall/not-rapairable, and stated we should atleast replace 2 tires....and they had a 3 tires get the 4th free deal so we should consider that, Rotors suspected to be warped so recommended re-surfacing, and when they resurface they recommend new pads too. Long story short, I did not have them perform anything beside the scheduled service. On recommendation from some gearhead friends, took the car to LEs Schwab. They ground rotors and said the pads were in great condition so their opinion was no need to replace. Screw was in the tread and they repaired it for free. More

Whether it be a standard service or an emergency repair, they always manage to get it done faster than I thought possible and for a fair price. Their staff is great - i recommend Bill or Nick - their mechanics well trained and very competent. If you have a Honda in Sonoma County, you should be using Manly Honda for your car maintenance! More

Air bag recall dealer experience Bill Petty handled my recall and service needs. If Manly Honda has an employee of the month (or even the year), it would be Bill. I had a loaner and Bill Petty handled my recall and service needs. If Manly Honda has an employee of the month (or even the year), it would be Bill. I had a loaner and got my car back a lot faster than I figured. Not only was all of the work done that was scheduled, it was cleaned in and out, a nice surprise. Bill kept in contact with me through the whole time my car was there. I've got to say the Civic loaner was a great car, just 2 feet off the ground for someone used to a CR-V but it drove nicely and was comfortable. It got great gas mileage 39-42mph. My 2007 CR-V was my second car from Manly and when it's time for the next one, that's where I'm going. All my experiences with Manly service over the years has been very positive. More
