The service manager Tyler, responded to my concerns and poor experience listed in the review. I was compensated for the service performed elsewhere. Although this doesn't "buy back" my full trust, it does show they take these reviews seriously. I hope they improve on the way in which issues found during service are communicated to clients, and definitely hope that the employees involved learn from this.
