Right hand vs left hand When I came in for my prescheduled appointment, I had to check in at the desk then sit and wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to basically hold my When I came in for my prescheduled appointment, I had to check in at the desk then sit and wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to basically hold my hand while he wrote up the service. I said what needed to be done when I made the appointment, why another "interview". I expect to just drop off my car and have the work done. On top of that, I had been told when I bought the car that my first oil change would be free. The hand-holder argued with me that they never do that. I had to make another appointment and bring in paperwork showing I was to be given a free oil change. I tried three times to make the second appointment before I was finally called back - after I left a message for the manager. I have not had good experience with Manly so far - in fact, I never should have bought the car from the condescending. lying salesman in the first place. More

He showed me every car I was curious about. Because he was so patient with showing me everything; I was able to eliminate cars that were not right for me. In doing so I became more and more confident about my purchase. Gone was all my anxiety about making a mistake and being stuck with an incompatible car. All I had to do was say it just didn’t feel right and we moved along. He did not try to talk me around or steer me away from cheaper cars. He seemed to truly care about getting me the right car for my needs. I started off a mess of nerves and insecurities and I ended up finishing with such a glow and energy of excitement. I left confident and sure of myself. Tom Larson made sure to always give me space and time to think. When we test drove a car I was fiddling around with the knobs and I began to get anxious about how to work the buttons. Tom sat in the backseat and let me sort it for myself without jumping in and overwhelming me. I appreciated that he gave me space and yet guided me the whole way through my purchase. When it came time to sign all the papers Tom was nothing short of excellent. Tom gave us superb service and also extremely patient. I had my elderly grandmother with me and she can be trying at best. Tom was kind and showed no signs of taking it personally. He congratulated me on my way out and made sure the car was sparkling and ready to show off. I drove off confident in my decision and secure that if I should have any problems I would receive excellent service. If you want someone who genuinely cares about you, go see Tom!! More
