I was pleasantly surprised yesterday morning when Jessie Prestidge called me to get the problem fixed with as little inconvenience to me. They brought a loaner vehicle to me at my work while they fixed the problem. The end result I am very satisfied. When I went to the service department to get my car Luke Ammann came over introduced himself and apologized. From this experience I can tell the service culture at Manly is taken very seriously. Being employed in a service industry I was very impressed. You certainly have my future business. Thank you. More

And they did a great job. The degree of care, effort, receptive listening, and genuine effort to win back my business was exceptional. Mistakes were apologized for, offers to resolve were made, and affirmations to be ever-improving were stated. That is everything I expect from a 5-star operation: If you don't get it right the first time, make it right! A few weeks later I "gave 'em another shot" because of this. I was very please with this second experience. Perhaps the only element still lacking would be a car wash! :-) Thank you, Manly Honda & Team. You'll be seeing me in the future! ORIGINAL REVIEW (was only 2 stars). Came in for a simple oil change. Jess Bower was our Sales Rep. Knowledgeable. Patient. Friendly. This Dealership will charge an additional $40 to the basic oil change just to inspect your vehicle for other potential maintenance needed (Brakes, fluids, filters, etc.) Naturally, if they find anything wrong, they'll let you know and encourage you to get it repaired with them. Just down the street at Freeman Toyota, when you get an oil change, will provide a FREE 19-Point inspection of your vehicle, top off your fluids, AND wash your car for you. Honda would be wise to consider adding such a competitive value. More

When I arrived I was told that was incorrect information, but the advisor and service counter guy made sure to honor the information that I had received on the phone. I was even given a ride to and from work to pick up my car. I want to make sure and recognize Santiago, he was my shuttle driver and a pleasure, I will always be coming back for my service needs to manly Honda! More
