Outstanding Cutstomer Service with Great Attitude I went into Manly Honda and saw "Big Mike" (Mike Williamson) in order to trade in my 20 year old Lexus for a new Honda Civic LX. He could not have bee I went into Manly Honda and saw "Big Mike" (Mike Williamson) in order to trade in my 20 year old Lexus for a new Honda Civic LX. He could not have been more helpful and he didn't use cheesy sales tactics or try to push me at all. He just listened to what I wanted and helped me to get it for a fair price. I ended up going in twice - the first time to get information and for a test drive alone and the second time to finalize the deal with my husband. It was interesting to me to note that Mike's approach and attitude were exactly the same whether my husband was with me or not. He also talked to ME, as I was the primary buyer. My experience in the past has been that sales people talk to my husband whether or not I'm the primary customer. I felt respected at every stage of the transaction. Something surprising to me was the hour-long tutorial Mike gave me on all the features of my new car after the sale was finalized. We went through all the computer settings and fun features together. He even helped me sync my phone with the car. Mike called me a few days after I got the car to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I didn't have any questions. I absolutely love the car. It is a pleasure to drive. And I know if I have any issues or questions, I can call him and he'll help me out even though the sale is complete. Excellent experience overall! More

Service First of all. I had appointment for 10:30 and after sitting there for 1 hour i went to the window and asked my my car is still there? I was told "oh First of all. I was told "oh sorry it was a computer error" and than took my car in at 12:15 pm. I was in the lobby for 2 hours even though I had the appointment. It was really frustrating. More
