Greatest Service Department Ever I am on my second used Honda from Manly. Manly gave my first Honda such good service and care that I felt confident in giving it to my Granddaughter I am on my second used Honda from Manly. Manly gave my first Honda such good service and care that I felt confident in giving it to my Granddaughter for her first car. She has had it for 2 1/2 years now and has had no problems at all. Their service department has always met their commitments on when they will be finished, done exceptional work and I have never had to bring my car back to have something redone. Their service advisers are professional , knowledgeable, flexible, and take customer care seriously. I always feel like they care about me as well as my car. I was very lucky to have found them and I still go to them for service even though I live in Lakeport and they are in Santa Rosa. GOOD JOB MANLY!!! More

I can depend upon the great service advisors at Manly Honda to always take care of my service needs in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. Yesterday I brought my car in for routine service and Bill Robertson helped me. Bill is a real credit to Manly Honda, as are all of Manly Honda's employee's. He took the time to listen to my needs, advise me what would be the best services to meet my needs at the most reasonable price. I really appreciate the personalized customer care. I always feel like I am a valued customer, that my car is getting all it's service needs addressed is a way that provides top value for me. I have been doing business with Manly Honda since 1981 when I bought an used 71' Ford Maverick from them for $1495.00. Even this 10 year old car gave me good service for years. Best new car experience ever! I had been searching for a new HR-V for about 5 months when I reached out to Manly Honda. I received an immediate response. We texted back and for I had been searching for a new HR-V for about 5 months when I reached out to Manly Honda. I received an immediate response. We texted back and forth a couple of times. I then returned a call to Cory McMurray. He told me when they expected a car and what I needed to do. I then left town for a week. When I returned I again talked to Cory. He sent me a short video of the car, the out the door cost, and I replied I was in 100%. He then offered to deliver the car - a couple hundred mile drive - at no extra cost. The ease in working with Cory, the customer service provided, the follow through and keeping his word, along with his friendly demeanor were outstanding! For sure. I am more than happy. No hassle. No hidden agenda. Just terrific communication and follow-up. And the reason I say the best new car buying experience in my life. And when the car was delivered it took about 15 minutes to sign the paperwork (which was already filled out) and they were on their way. More

Not too bad I did pay quite a bit more for the car than i was suppsto not sure what for really aparently in the finance price intrest is not included so that was I did pay quite a bit more for the car than i was suppsto not sure what for really aparently in the finance price intrest is not included so that was 3,000 dollers unaccounted for also the vehicle was priced 500$ above fair market value again not sure why the car is not rare nor did it have low miles or a single upgrade on it there was a huge scratch on the door covered with a ton of paint that didnt match when i test drove the car i didnt notice untill after i purchased and was getting ready to leave our sales person dylan was really nice and helpful More

Oil Change Once you get to the service advisor the experience is excellent. I don't like the vague check in process you have now. When you enter the service dept all the reps are busy and no one greets you. Then finally you are told to sit in a waiting room out of sight of reps. It feels very slow compared to the prior style of service before your remodel. Also, when you come to pick up the auto you can't just go to the cashier to check out you have to wait again for a rep. Waiting period I am a Honda service department client since 2008 when we got two brand new Honda Civics. The new facilities at your Santa Rosa, CA dealer are awesome. However I noticed that the check-in and check-out waiting time went up. It took over 15 minutes over our appointment time to get to talk with your service person. Same thing when we picked up our car. Please don't get me wrong, Santiago Pizano provided an excellent service but I think that you could improve your procedures for check-in and check-out. I also noted that you changed your recommendations about when to service the cars. It used to be when the oil life is at 15% or less or no more than a year. Now it is 5,000 miles or no more than 5 months. It is interesting because this is what your Braman Dealer in Miami recommended when we were living there. Also there is a new range of services stating at $ 700 or more. I never spent such amount in a car with low miles. More
