Awesome services from Mark Fladseth and Chris Yokannan On January 22, 2016 I started to talk to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa for a 2016 Pilot Touring. They had 2 Elites on the lot but I did not want the Elite On January 22, 2016 I started to talk to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa for a 2016 Pilot Touring. They had 2 Elites on the lot but I did not want the Elite since we need the bench 2nd row. So He said that he can order and would take 6-8 weeks. To my surprise, the Sales Manager emailed me this afternoon that my car had arrive yesterday. Even he was surprised to see that it arrives this early. it's only little over 2 weeks. Went to Manly Honda and Met with the internet Sales Manager and indeed. The car park right in front waiting for me. I test drove it a little bit since in the Bay Area, there was no Elite or Touring to test drive. From the initial conversation I had with Mark Fladseth until I see the car was just under 3 weeks. I was surprised to see it was that fast since many of the folks on here are still waiting from Nov/Dec order. The thing that impress me the most was Mark's honesty from beginning. He said he does not need to have deposit. Once the agreed price and option were checked, and comes to the the financing. Chris Yohannan do through the finance process and made it extremely painless. I have have dealt with other luxury brand and other Toyota dealers before. But by far, Manly Honda have set the bar higher. Couldn't be any happier with Mark and Chris. If you are in Northern Cal and want to get a Honda, I would recommend Manly Honda and Mark Fladseth. from my encounter, they are honest and integrity. Even though I live 80 miles away, I will certainly get my family to go to Manly Honda if we are int he market for another Honda. More

I appreciate that he tells me exactly what's going on, and doesn't talk down because I'm a woman. I understand my vehicles and clear communication makes me happy. Both of our Hondas are edging up there in age, and so we don't need to go to the dealership for service as they are well out of warranty, but we'll be back for sure. More

Great service! We had to go get our new VMI-modified (w/ wheelchair ramp) Odyssey mini-van serviced for an electrical glitch. Car alarm was going off w/ no explanat We had to go get our new VMI-modified (w/ wheelchair ramp) Odyssey mini-van serviced for an electrical glitch. Car alarm was going off w/ no explanation and subsequent battery unplugging made the remote not work. Bill Robertson worked very hard to make sure the van modification company (VMI) was included in the trouble-shooting. The problem was 'fixed' with the technician running it through tests, although they never really found the cause. The manager from Manly graciously offered to not charge VMI for the almost 2 hours of labor. Technically, they should've charged VMI under our warranty plan, so this was very generous. Bill had excellent communication, texted with me throughout the day to make sure we were in the loop. Top notch customer service! Oh, and the shuttle service is awesome. Drove me home and picked me up the next day to retrieve our van. More

The service is always done as quickly as possible as I have to wait. This gives me a large portion of the day to do other business in the area. I feel that, as car maintenance costs go, Manley Honda's prices are reasonable. The service technicians do not recommend added services unless they are really needed. If a car can go for a while longer before a service is performed, the tech tells you that. It is recommended that you need to get that service done on your next visit. Customers are treated well and are not gouged with added expenses. More
