Very nice people; worth the drive up from the City. We responded to an internet listing for a car that looked like exactly what my wife was seeking. She called on the morning of Christmas Eve. Chris Nav We responded to an internet listing for a car that looked like exactly what my wife was seeking. She called on the morning of Christmas Eve. Chris Navarro was very helpful on the phone, and made several trips out to the lot, in the rain, to get info for her. We drove up and found Chris and found our car. Chris was first of all a very nice man. Second, he was clear and straight with us about what we could and could not expect. And third, he really likes cars (and Manly Honda). I would gladly recommend Manly Honda/Hyundai to anyone looking for a car. I should mention that we also met with Beejan Roohian who handled the final financial arrangements. He also was professional, efficient and personable. Buying a car, as we all know, is fraught with all kinds of stress, some real and some imagined. These guys made it easy and pleasant. Thanks guys. Expensive parts and labor & service charges Went in for an oil change 2 weeks ago at 2:30 and did not get out until 4:30 because they were running behind. To make matters worse, when I popped the hood of my car the next day, someone left a cigarette butt right before the grill where trash couldn't have possibly gotten in from the ground. I've gone to Manly for my oil change for 11 years now ('been a customer since '98) because the number tags used to have a coupon but they stopped doing it. Nowadays there aren't anymore coupons and oil changes are more expensive. Most places can do the same for less money, less time and you can get an appointment within a couple days instead of a couple weeks with Manly. The renovation looks nice but it seems like the customers are being asked to pay for it. This hurts brand loyalty I think. More

She called after a few weeks when they arrived and I purchased the car from her. She was efficient and very kind. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, several from manly Honda, never had as good as service as this time. Julie was so friendly and helpful I felt like I had known her for a long time. It felt like she was really working on my behalf and her sense of service is outstanding. If I owned a car dealership I would hire her in a heartbeat and pay her well to keep her. She was efficient in explaining the details of the Civic and helped me get my phone set up on the bluetooth. I just felt at home with her, comfortable and well taken care of. More
