We already knew what we wanted, and luckily they had the exact SUV color and model that we were looking for. We got a 2016 Honda Pilot and Thomas Larsen (the sales internet agent that helped us) gave us a detailed explanation about the new 2016 Pilot, with all the features that it had. He is a very nice person! He even helped me setting up my bluetooth conexion from my cell to the Pilot... ?? Thanks Thomas! But it can be a rewarding exercise if you work with Thomas Larson at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa, CA. Working with Tom made the buying experience better. None of the stress usually associated with car buying, after all you're about to commit a big chunk of money for a collection of metal, plastic, rubber, etc. Tom carefully explained all the features of the model we were interested in before getting to the test drive. He then patiently took us around to look at all the color options of said model. Tom gave us some privacy to discuss our options and patiently ran the numbers for all of the models that caught our fancy. It made for a very long Saturday afternoon but we left the dealership with a car we're very happy with, at a price we could live with.
