We had been impressed with him when we bought our car, and that was why we went back to him when we wanted to sell. But I will say that it was with the sale of our car that he really went above and beyond the call of duty. The circumstances of our decision to sell our car were difficult with some complicated logistics regarding how we would manage it all. Tom took the time to make arrangements for the sale work for us, even thought that entailed some inconvenience for him. With his graciousness, his professionalism and his kindness, he made a difficult situation much, much easier. I would not hesitate to return to Tom should I wish to purchase a car in the future. Courteous sales My husband and I called to test drive a new CR-V and Pilot. We came on a couple of months ago and Tom L helped us and showed us many features of the cars and the different options available with no pressure to buy that day. We went home and did more research and came back a couple of months later. Metin helped us this time and featured the options of leasing as well. Very helpful and no pressure. When we finally made our decision we showed the internet pricing and again helpful and worked with us. In the end we have a beautiful CR-V that both my husband and I like, which is a challenge because we are polar opposites in our likes and dislikes of cars. When the time comes to look at a new car in the future we will be looking at Honda and Tom and his team. More
