At the last minute I talked hubby into driving the car. He did not want to, as we had been searching for an SUV not a car. Long story short hubby fell in love with the ride and we ended up purchasing the car. Tony was a great salesperson. He was not pushy in any way, and I never felt like I was being pressured to purchase the car. Tony is very down to earth and I would definitely recommend him if you are thinking of purchasing a car at this dealership. Began in finance was also great to work with. Everyone at Manly provided excellent customer service. More

We weren't intending on purchasing a car but with the help of our great sales consultant, Hilary Muscatel, we found the right car for me that had everything I needed. Hilary is very friendly, outgoing, and funny. He listened to what I had to say and made it his priority to find a car that I felt comfortable and confident in. I would recommend Hilary to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. He's patient and cooperative, even after running back and forth to grab the keys to all the different cars we wanted to try out! Great job Hilary...thanks! More
Dishonest- bait and switch. Do not waste your time. I had high hopes given the reviews on this website that we had found our dealer. My husband and I emailed Cory McMurray and received a quote for a Hon I had high hopes given the reviews on this website that we had found our dealer. My husband and I emailed Cory McMurray and received a quote for a Honda Odyssey. Given that it was the best quote we received and Cory's reviews here were excellent as he proudly shared, we decided to proceed. On at least 3 occasions, I reconfirmed the quoted price, but ultimately he changed it on us at the last minute. First, we were told he had the color we wanted. When we asked for VIN, we were told that vehicle was sold but he can transfer one from another dealer- he just needed the weekend. We asked for VIN of the vehicle being transferred but were told this would only be provided if we confirmed we definitely wanted the vehicle and once it arrived on site, but that the mileage would definitely be <150 miles. After receiving yet another confirmation on the quote, we instructed him to proceed. We contacted Cory on Monday and was told our vehicle had arrived- the mileage was 179 but we felt this was close enough. We scheduled a time the following weekend to come get our car. At this point, we received an email informing us that the price had changed- not just by a little... it had increased by $3K. Instead of honoring his quote, he informed us there is nothing he could do and asked us if we would like to proceed. Of course not! This is exactly why car salesman get a bad reputation- bait and switch. We were hoping that this would not happen, but looks like the stereotype is there for a reason. Please do not waste your time. He will confirm the quote for you as many times as you want, but then switch it at the end. I guess I should be thankful he informed us of the bait and switch before we made the 2 hour drive out to collect our car. More

Amazing experience from start to finish I can't speak highly enough of this dealership. We contacted them via email to get a price, and they came in cheaper than anyone else. We filled out all of the financial applications online, so when we got there we just had to sign a few pieces of paper and drive home. The car was detailed and gassed up. Not a single price change or bait and switch or unexpected snag. After this experience I would never go anywhere else. The service here is unparalleled. 20 minutes to buy a car. Wonderful Customer Service We were greeted by Mark Fladseth who was very helpful. After picking and test driving the Accord, Jordan Sanchez, also very helpful and personable, We were greeted by Mark Fladseth who was very helpful. After picking and test driving the Accord, Jordan Sanchez, also very helpful and personable, was able to order the car in the color I wanted from another CA location. When I went to pick up my Accord, Jordan very patiently explained all of the car's features and even offered to be on "stand-by" (by phone) if I had any more operating questions! Chris in finance had very good advice and helped me set up an affordable loan. Altogether a very good experience and a great car! More

I was even loosing patience with myself in trying to decide what to buy, what payment plan I wanted, whether I wanted to lease or buy and on and on. Ray was beyond patient and after almost all the details were decided, I looked out the window next t his desk and saw a Honda Civic in crimson pearl in the lot and almost yelled at Ray, "That's the car I want!" So Ray proceeds to start from the beginning AGAIN and write up that car. Thanks Ray, I love my car. Pat Anderson More
