Jim asked us appropriate questions, listened to us, and put his computer to work to find the car to make us happy. He is very knowledgeable! After a test drive that had us convinced that this is the car for us, he commenced the necessary paperwork, made the required insurance phone calls, and finally walked us over to the "big building" for the financial side of the transaction. He did not abandon us (most sales people would have disappeared to sell more cars), but he stuck around in order to see the transaction through to the finish. Jim is very personable and was most helpful. Yes, we will highly recommend him to our friends, and we hope that he'll be at Manly for many more years to come. More
