I love my car and my buying experience I'm the one who hates going to a car dealership. To me, a car is a means to get from point A to point B, always got the stripped down version. My Dr I'm the one who hates going to a car dealership. To me, a car is a means to get from point A to point B, always got the stripped down version. My Dream Car was... Non existent. Plus, I'm not confident in whether or not I'm paying too much for the car. I had met Mike Warren a while back and he gave me his card. When I finally decided I wanted a car, I went to see him. I looked at the at the CR-V's stock online, but didn't see the EX-L in the color I wanted. So, Mike arranged a trade with a SF dealership and the car was there by the time I got to the dealership. Mike put me at ease right away; he instantly felt like a friend. He made me laugh and I realized I was having fun (what? car buying fun?). He carefully explained all the awesome features and demonstrated the characteristics plus he made sure I tried them out before the test drive. The Sales Manager Paul asked me, more than once, if there was anything he could do for me. I financed the car and Chris was very organized and a pleasure to work with. I met JD the General manager who also asked if I was being taken care of. The Detail manager (also named Paul) and Mike walked around the car with me making sure there were no spots left. Its been 4 days and I'm still smiling. I get it now… Why people love their car because I love this car! Its now my dream car. Manly Honda made this a great buying experience. The rating only goes to 5 but I'd give Mike a 6. I've already told my neighbor to go to Manly Honda... More
