Dear FBRealtor, I apologize for the frustration you experienced. It is our goal to shorten the time it takes to purchase any vehicle and we obviously were unsuccessful at achieving the goal in your case. It appears that due to the number of 5 star reviews we have received along with the lower prices we have chosen to offer that the demand (at certain times) has overwhelmed the staff that handles all of the necessary paperwork. It is sometimes like a restaurant that is well known for their food and service having a line out their door of customers waiting to be served. We have made adjustments to accommodate the increased demand and will continually monitor for the need to make further adjustments in order to accommodate our guests time concerns. We do have a delivery option in hopes to make it even more convenient to purchase a car.
