I originally rated this company a 1 star for not getting back to me about something they had promised to get done. They read my review and were extremely prompt on getting back to me. They went above and beyond to fix the issue, and did a amazing job. I recommend anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to definitely go here. I am very happy on the outcome. I won’t be taking my car back to Manly Honda. Got an $83 oil change with fluid inspection and tire rotation. When I get home my husband looks at the car. The hub caps were not put on correctly on two of the oil change with fluid inspection and tire rotation. When I get home my husband looks at the car. The hub caps were not put on correctly on two of the tires, my husband had to redo them because he had to reposition the part where I put air in my tires and one of the tires was missing a valve stem cap. Supposedly I paid to have my fluids topped off and my window washer fluid was out. I was told I would get a free car wash with my service and when they were done and brought my car around it was not washed and all he said was whoops they forgot to wash the car. I bought the car at Manly in 2014 and always took it there for oil changes but this last service I felt very disregarded. More

Person told me car will be ready at around 5 and I told him that I will pick it up around 5:30. Received message that filter required to change, told him to change it and text him regarding Uber request ar him that I will pick it up around 5:30. I had to take a ride to home from and come back to work on next morning with ride to. I did not get replied until next day. I am so disappointed. Next day I asked him to remove the insurance since last when I called I didn’t got good response than he said the invoice will be the more than what it stated now if he removes the insurance. Ridiculous. More
Although the price I received was good, the salesperson was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The three hour time it took was ridiculous. IMHO. I drove 2 and 1 /2 hours to get this car, I knew which car was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The three hour time it took was ridiculous. IMHO. No financing involved, due to back up ?!! of how many people were buying. Three hours really??? More
