But the sales staff, while very nice, failed to keep the car charged so we could test drive the electric mode, and even failed to have it charged when we picked it up after buying it. Their knowledge of the details on the Clarity was disappointingly weak, only providing us a knowledgeable person AFTER we signed the contract (thankfully we did our own research before coming in). But when I brought the Clarity in for it's first service, I was delighted with the service side of the house, and the in-depth knowledge displayed there about the model in specific as well as just great service in general. And we are really happy with the Clarity itself and recommend it to others regularly. More
