This is my second Honda Fit, so I have been coming to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa for service for eight years. At this visit, it was nice to see so many of the more experienced staff working. Not Satisfied We were dealing with Alex & Sean. Sean told us the price couldn't be changed.when there were other dealers selling same year, make, model w/similar We were dealing with Alex & Sean. Sean told us the price couldn't be changed.when there were other dealers selling same year, make, model w/similar mileage for $2-3,000 less! I wish we could have left, but were stranded w/o vehicle from having to return a Carmax Forester needing repair. Seam lowed final price by giving better percentage rate after we were just told why that was so high & couldn't be changed. Then he said he could only do so by adding in Extended Warranty and GAP. I feel worked over and backed into corner without a choice. Wished I would have called their bluff and taken that Uber! More

Sqealing noise to new brakes. I was relieved to know the noise coming from my Honda was just brakes. However, we ended up with tires (they were needed and on sale) and an alignmen I was relieved to know the noise coming from my Honda was just brakes. I know this is a late review for Jose Rocha since i forgpt to run a review the very first time i came to the service department for my Honda, but Jose indeed helped me when the parts department made an order mistake of an item for my car. Jose went above and beyond to solve the issue and got my car problem fixed the very next day. More power!!!! More
