Three years ago I was told I needed new brakes. Yet when they checked my brakes this time suddenly my brakes were fine. This makes you feel like you are not getting accurate information. I did appreciate a thorough checking of my car. However, when compared to the last time I was in, the current checklist and issues didn't coincide with the last checklist I was given. So I had to take my car to a reputable private mechanic to recheck everything to see what was an issue and what wasn't. Doesn't exactly build confidence. More
