I made my appointment online and got a confirmation I arrived 10 mins before my appointment, and was shown to an agent within 5 mins. Yet after bringing my car in for a leak in the windshield wiper system, I paid over $400 and the leak was not fixed. After bringing the car back in they finally found the problem and fixed it. And my car smells like tobacco smoke. Like someone was smoking a cigarette in my car!!! Over a week later it still does. Horrible! More
