Since Honda was aware in advance of these issues, it would have better to have been informed in advance, so I could adjust both time and budget towards these issues, so that they could have been performed before going on my road trip. I came in and they couldn’t understand what I wanted done. Then they tried to give me ultimatums to get me to buy the parts and go elsewhere for installation.
