Their customer service is excellent, and responsive to their customers’ needs and desires. Their service representatives are unfailingly considerate, efficient, and willing to explain work needed and answer questions. And I’ve been pleased to see Manly extend employment opportunities as service reps to the extremely competent and knowledgeable women who have assisted me lately. Susan Geasland was my service rep, and she was so helpful and accommodating! She notified me as as soon as my estimate was complete, and again when work was finished, even arranging for me to pick up my car the next day. Her cheerful assistance really brightened my day, and I felt very secure that she was giving me the best possible service. She explained various options thoroughly, which really informed my decision-making. I was glad to have a woman rep to work with, since I felt I could ask even basic questions.
