I had a bad experience when I purchased the car. The car came with a defective instrument controller as a result the turn signals, back up sensor and lane change warning did not work properly. The service manage and the owner said the problem was in my head. I had to be persistent to have the problem fixed. Eventually, they tracked down the problem and replaced the defective parts. However, it did take several visits to the service department, I was forced to argue with a service manager and one of the owners and I did have a minor accident, which cost me $1,000. I did not receive an apology for the poor treatment. More
