We were having our 60K servicing and was taken care of by Manly Service Advisor Yuritzi Arciga. Our CRV was ready we’ll within the allotted time and received a nice car wash as requested. I had a very pleasant service experience thanks to Yuritzi! More

I came in for routine maintenance, They missed a critical component check. Car stalled in a dangerous neighborhood. The Dealer checked off the "looks good" box for the battery but 2 days later the car stoppe component check. Car stalled in a dangerous neighborhood. The Dealer checked off the "looks good" box for the battery but 2 days later the car stopped working with a completely drained battery. Second Honda dealer said the battery had a dead cell. Manly should have caught it. People are very nice, shop was very and well organized, but I have a feeling they rushed my car through w/o thoroughly checking something critical for the car to operate. More

They didn't do a single thing I asked. I asked for an oil change, didn't get one. I asked for a replacement headlight, didn't get one. I asked for a battery cleaning, they didn't do it (tray was absolutely C change, didn't get one. I asked for a replacement headlight, didn't get one. All that was done for me in 7 hours was checking the underside of the car and filling my tires. Literally what I could have done myself with ten minutes and a trip to Chevron for their free air.
