Staff were were very friendly, courteous, and professional, but the shop work was sloppy. I brought in my 2021 Insight for it's first scheduled maintenance and it was returned with greasy fingerp professional, but the shop work was sloppy. Helpful, prompt, and kind. I would offer, however, that the same info outlined in the email (noting I should have either a free rental or $10 lyft BOTH ways) should also be conveyed in person. Car was supposed to be washed and when I picked it up, it looked awful.
