I have taken my last two hondas to your service department. I always felt my service person looked out for my best interest….until now. Mr. Timms was more interested in my doing the 60,000 mile ser department. I always felt my service person looked out for my best interest….until now. Mr. Timms was more interested in my doing the 60,000 mile service even though my mileage is $58,000. It took more than two.. hours to do the oil change and rotate the tires. When finished I was told my power steering fluid and brake fluid were dirty. Did I want them to do it now? Seriously why wasn’t I told at some point during the mechanics review. He then said that cost is $280 and he could make an appointment now for September 1. I felt his only concern was what he could talk me into doing. What happened to the service men I came to trust? Prices have skyrocketed since my last service. This appointment left a bad taste in my mouth. More

Called to get the car serviced had to wiait a few weeks. Didn't get my usual service advisor. Te new advisor was gone when I came back to get it. Mike was awesome! Though they didn't figure out what was wrong with my car on the first try, Mike made it so easy for me to bring my car back in and gave me a loaner! ON MONDAY AUGUST 23, I CALLED TO SET UP A SERVICE VISIT FOR MY HONDA BECAUSE THE DOOR FOR FILLING THE GAS TANK WAS STUCK CLOSED. SUSAN ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID JUST BRING IT IN, WE DON'T WANT YOU TO R FOR MY HONDA BECAUSE THE DOOR FOR FILLING THE GAS TANK WAS STUCK CLOSED. SUSAN ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID JUST BRING IT IN, WE DON'T WANT YOU TO RUN OUT OF GAS. SO I BROUGHT THE CAR IN AND THERE WAS MICHAEL. HE IMMEDIATELY HELPED ME, POPPING OPEN THE TRUNK, FINDING THE RELEASE LATCH, AND GETTING THE RIGHT TOOL TO UNLOCK THE DOOR, HE SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM AND TOLD ME HOW TO PREVENT IT IN THE FUTURE. SUSAN APPEARED AND OVERHEARD THE CONVERSATION, WE ALL SMILED AND LAUGHED! THANK YOU SAUSAN AND MICHAEL. I FELT CARED FOR WHEN I CALLED AND KNEW THE PROBLEM WOULD BE FIXED WHEN I ARRIVED.
