Our car broke down while we were away from home. Jose and team went out of their way near the end of a business day to set us up with a repair schedule and rental car. Jose kept us in the loop as the repair process progressed, and Susan went out of her way to set us up with a car that met our needs (and even made sure we didn't leave our personal items behind as our car was repaired). I brought my car in for an oil change. I had a service plan and although it took some time to locate, everything went smoothly.
