I had a very poor experience at Manly Honda service department.  I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and engine idle check nearly two weeks in advance, brought the car in early, and left it al department.  I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and engine idle check nearly two weeks in advance, brought the car in early, and left it all day, at great inconvenience, only to be told that it was left untouched by a mechanic.  Although you apologized profusely and offered a complimentary oil change at another date, we have decided to have the car serviced elsewhere more reliable.  We are long time customers of Manly, having purchased a new car there, and had multiple satisfactory service visits in the past.  But we have been disappointed before, notably when a new car salesman there lost our business because of his disinterest in us, so we drove to a different Honda dealer and immediately bought what we wanted.  All this to say that your service department representative was personable, but the auto service was terrible. More

Just got home from Manly Honda, where I had a GREAT experience! My service advisor, Jose Rocha, is the best! My CRV ( purchased used, elsewhere) has been having a major problem with doors locking and experience! My service advisor, Jose Rocha, is the best! My CRV ( purchased used, elsewhere) has been having a major problem with doors locking and unlocking at random. Got to the point where it was happening constantly, so I wanted a real Honda dealer to work on it. Long story short, the service department replaced all door locks, and solved the problem! Jose went above and beyond in dealing with my extended warranty company, to get the repair approved. He even called them from home on his day off! Just wanted to say THANK YOU to Jose for making the impossible happen. The only place I’ll go from now on is Manly Honda- very happy with the entire experience! More
