I have been a customer at Manly for about 10 years. I had a routine service maintenance visit. I went on March 20th, 2021 at 10:30 in the morning. I pulled up to the service area, and was greeted even had a routine service maintenance visit. I went on March 20th, 2021 at 10:30 in the morning. I pulled up to the service area, and was greeted even before I got out of my car by a gentleman that got my name and appointment. He told my my service advisor America would be with me shortly. She came to see me about 2 minutes later. She explained what my car was due for, helped me get a rental. I knew the service my car required would be a few days when I called to make my appointment. I went to the check in desk, where two lovely ladies asked about my day, and thanked me for being a Manly customer. I got my rental and was out the door in 15 minutes. America kept me up to date with text messages, which I appreciated. I went back to pick up my car a few days later. America met me at the door and I was in my personal car and out the door in about 10 minutes. Excellent service!!! More

I was so happy to finally have purchased a Honda and trusted the dealership completely when told that their cars were fully inspected and maintenance was up to date. Shortly after purchasing the car, it trusted the dealership completely when told that their cars were fully inspected and maintenance was up to date. Shortly after purchasing the car, it ended up at the shop because the rear shocks were bad and needed to be replaced, costing me $500. When I reached out to the dealership, they were no help and was just told to speak with the car manager so he could explain and review their inspection report to me. I never reached out because I didn’t want them to review a report to me, I was hoping for them to do something about it, since they take pride in “fully inspecting” their cars. 4, 5 month later, I’m having issues with my tires. I took the car to a tire shop in my town and was told that my front tires were old, one being from 1998!!! Shop told me the tires needed to be replaced for safety reasons. Me not wanting to put more money into the car, I reached out to the dealership again. I took it in, the guy who initially took my information at the dealers tire shop, did not know how to read the codes on the tires, stating that the dates I gave him were incorrect. After showing him and having a tire expert on the phone all he said was “I am not going to argue with him.” According to the dealership, the tires on my car, were not the tires that the car had when I purchased it. Basically telling me that the tires were changed. How did that happen?? I don’t know. The one good thing that came out of this was that they did replace my tires and did a oil change at no cost to me. So thank you for that. I was hoping on getting some reimbursement for the rear shocks that I had to pay for. Because of the “gray area “ with the tire situation, my request for refund was denied. Definitely not recommending this dealership to anyone. I have already reached out to a family member who was planning on going there to purchase a vehicle to not go. When I talk about my experience with friends, I have learned that someone else has also had a bad experience with them. So disappointing. More

I came in for general services (i.e. oil change and other inspections) without an appointment and they were able to fit me in the same day. Poor experience ! Was greeted super nicely and the person who helped me was extremely nice. However after I sat down to wait I heard just about everyone in the talking smack about how busy it was and everyon who helped me was extremely nice. However after I sat down to wait I heard just about everyone in the talking smack about how busy it was and everyone seamed annoyed and then I was told I would receive a text when my car was ready at 9:30 and at around 10, after I didn’t receive a text I called to check in on my vehicle and I got hung up on the first time and called back and then no one could tell me a time frame. Was told I would receive a call back. About another 30 minutes went by and I just had my friend bring me back to the dealership to find out my car had been ready. Didn’t receive a call back until about 15 minutes after I was already home. Very poor experience and communication on your end. More
