From the moment I parked I was greeted with friendly faces eager to help me in any way possible. I was attended to immediately and sent to the rental desk to pick up my free rental for the day. Jennifer Crouch was in charge here and showed patience and pleasantness as my insurance company on the phone kept putting her on hold while she tried to verify whether my comp and collision would transfer towards the rental they were providing. She is obviously a very busy person at that time of the morning so I need to note she was very nice and very patient. More

The folks inside are all friendly and accomodating and the work seems to be fine. It costs more to get my oil changed here than at the previous dealer I went to, and it always takes 1-1/2 hours, even if I'm one of the first ones in. That's about half an hour longer than my previous dealer. I've adjusted, but the cost and time differences surprised me when I first started coming here. More
Great Service Great location with wonderful staff. I went to the dealership to get my 30k service on my Pilot. I brought my 1 1/2 old son with me as I didn't have Great location with wonderful staff. We ran around the office and played in the play area until we were helped. It took about 10 min as they were pretty busy. One amazing woman even helped play with my little man while I got my paperwork in order for the car service and rental. Seriously a great experience. Side note here: I've learned long ago to take my car to the dealer services for any make you have. Been to Toyota when I had a Toyota and now Honda as I have Honda now. There are many great mechanics out there but none really match the dealers. I pay a little more up front, but I know everything is done right the first time. In the past I've had to replace breaks twice due to "reputable" mechanics helping me save a couple bucks over the dealer only to go back and have them fix something they did wrong. Then take the car to the dealer to find that nothing was done correctly and having to replace everything at double the cost because saving a couple bucks cost me extra in the long run. If you have a Honda, don't hesitate to take your car in to this location. More
