I came to the appointment believing that it was just a oil change and replace the replace the review mirror for it was broken. First I found out that the appointment was going to be 6 hours and it was th oil change and replace the replace the review mirror for it was broken. First I found out that the appointment was going to be 6 hours and it was the 60,000 or 65,000 mile service. I was told 60,000 and 65,000 at different times. Then the service would be from $700 to over $1,000. I was never told this when I made the appointment. Would have been nice if I had a “heads up”. I was very lucky that there was a loaner car available at the last minute. Had I not needed breaks I would have needed to come back for a second appointment just to replace the review mirror. Even tho I said it was broken when I made the appointment. I found that when making an appointment for something broken it takes two appointments...1. To see what the problem is. 2. To fix the problem. Seems that it may be convenient for you not to keep so many parts on hand. But, inconvenient for the customer to have to return twice. More
