Customer Service Needs Major Improvement I have been servicing my car at Manly Honda ever since I purchased it in 2015. I am sad to say that my recent visits have been extremely disappointi I have been servicing my car at Manly Honda ever since I purchased it in 2015. I am sad to say that my recent visits have been extremely disappointing from a customer service standpoint. I had an appointment for a routine service on 11/16. Upon arrival it is very unclear where to check in which can be awkward as nobody seems to want to make eye contact with you. After getting pointed in the correct direction I checked in the with women at the “Service Care” counter and was asked to wait in the waiting area until my name is called. I was then greeted by my Service Consultant. After he checked the mileage on my car and referencing the notes in their system he mentioned that I was past due on my 60,000 mile service but said that they wouldn’t have time to do it that day anyway. So they will just do an oil change and tire rotation. On multiple occasions he told me that this particular day was his “Friday”, so clearly don’t get a service on a Saturday as they don’t care to give a paying customer the full experience. As I came back to pick up my car, 3 hours later. I went directly to the “Service Care” counter as I was directed to when I first dropped off my car. I told the women sitting behind the counter that I was there to pick up my car and she rudely said, “you were working with Mark, you can wait for him at his desk.” Which when I got there, Mark was not even at his desk. So I waiting for about 5 minutes until he came out. After the Service Consultant went over the diagnosis of my check up. I was told that my car battery and front breaks were in bad condition and needed to be replaced. Instead of them calling me to see if I would like them to replace my battery and front breaks while my car is there, which I gladly would have spent the money to do so. I was told me to come back during the week to get those taken care of. I scheduled my appointment to get my car serviced THAT day, not to have to inconvenience myself and come back and to top it all off the very next day I go to start my car and my battery is dead! Needless to say, I will not be a customer to Manly Honda any longer. More

Appointment was scheduled and when I arrived to drop off the car Jose was professional and very customer service oriented. It took a couple of days to order a new part and I was provided a loaner car at no charge. Jose contacted me via text several times throughout the process and kept me informed as to the progress. My car was ready at the time Jose stated it would be. The door handle now works as it should. I felt like I received top notch service from Jose. My only complaint (minor) is that the interior of the loaner car was somewhat dirty. Don't know if that is typical or the exception. More
