Takes a long time. Takes a long time to get an appointment. And then when you do . . . . First estimate was 2-3 hours. When I got there at 9am, 3-4 hours. Thank goodness for a rental ( I could only drive 5 miles without being charged), The car was ready around 5pm. Not vacuumed or washed. Need to find somewhere else in Santa Rosa to get my car serviced! More

Once again excellent service. Although I miss Mike Ruffles and many of the familiar faces I’ve known for years, Tracy is a very nice addition to your service group. My daughter was in for service on her Odyssey on Oct 21st. She saw Mark Winkler. She said he tried to sell her several services that were not necessary. She knows her car and was not happy with this rep. Also, he didn’t offer to have her van washed. They did vacuum it. Tracy offered to have my CRV washed. They even detailed the inside. Manly Honda service has always been great! But you service reps represent you to the public. No one wants un-needed service pushed on them, especially before anyone has even looked at the vehicle and assessed possible needed service. I still say my service there has been excellent. Please school you reps in good service. More

I brought my car to this dealership for a maintenance service appointment. This dealership is a very busy one, but they have the systems down to a science. My car was barely dirty to begin with but after a full day there there was no attempt to wash my car. This is my third visit or I could’ve got the car wash and again no car wash.
