Headlight Repair Came in on a Saturday morning and had a very short wait to speak to the advisor. Disappointed with Customer Service and Surveys Manly Honda puts such pressure on their Service Advisors that they have to beg for perfect reviews on surveys; otherwise, it affects their pay and the Manly Honda puts such pressure on their Service Advisors that they have to beg for perfect reviews on surveys; otherwise, it affects their pay and they have to be "retrained." My past written poor reviews in surveys of Manly Honda Service were not because of the Service Advisors; each of them were GREAT!!! I wasn't told that anything negative on surveys is reflected on the Service Advisor. My poor experiences have been with the appointment/customer service desk. They didn't call me back on three separate service occasions when I left a message as directed. The women who made my appointments and greeted customers at the desk did not provide me with a positive, pleasant, professional service and were borderline rude and aloof in my dealings with them. We were a fan of Manly Honda when we purchased a car from them years ago; however, we took the car to a very reputable private repair shop. Now I know why my husand made that decision. More
