Very helpful, easy and fast process I only waited 5 minutes before being helped and it didn’t take long to go over all details. My interaction with the staff was enjoyable beginning with the outside staff moving cars around, the reception staff helping with questions and the service writer who took the time to make sure that I understood what service would be completed. When my vehicle was ready Mark reviewed the services completed using a checklist that was provided with the invoice. I especially appreciate that I can use coupons to lower the amount I need to pay! Super Experience!! Yesterday on a long road trip driving my son to college we got a warning light in my 2017 Honda Ridgeline right outside Santa Rosa on the 101. I cal Yesterday on a long road trip driving my son to college we got a warning light in my 2017 Honda Ridgeline right outside Santa Rosa on the 101. I called Manly Honda and was told bring my truck in and they would check it for me immediately even without an appointment. Everyone in the dealership were very friendly and helpful. My service advisor, Jose Rocha, was amazing. He reassured me the most experienced technician would investigate the problem and even offered to pay an Uber to take my son and I out to lunch. After they finished with my truck I was on the road again driving up to Humboldt State with confidence. I also had a complimentary license plate frame with Dog Lover Manly Honda put on. I really wish they were located in my hometown of Santa Maria😊 More
