Later this afternoon, Mark called to let me know how my car was coming along, but I was busy with an urgent matter. When I called back, I was put on HOLD four separate times I called. Once I got through, I was transferred and then the phone went to a service dept recording. I was not happy. Problem Not Fixed with Last Service After last service, problem still exists, but spoke with Nick the Service Manager and came to an agreement to fix the problem with parts only payment, After last service, problem still exists, but spoke with Nick the Service Manager and came to an agreement to fix the problem with parts only payment, Manly is doing the labor for free. I am very happy with the agreement, waiting to get the car back. Nick listened to my concerns, was very understanding and friendly. Mark helped me in service, patient and helpful. Worked with me on tricky diagnosis Brought my Odyssey in because the power window had been stopping before it went all the way down. However, it wasn't happening consistently. After explaining the situation, Joseph assured me that he would work with me on this issue and if it didn't happen in the shop, we would explore all options. Fortunately it did demonstrate the behavior and all is well. Jennifer also helped me out with a loaner car that had room for two carseats. She and Joseph were outstanding. More
