Good routine service appointment Outside of the fact that no one greeted (or even noticed) me for more than 5 minutes after I walked into the service department for a scheduled servic Outside of the fact that no one greeted (or even noticed) me for more than 5 minutes after I walked into the service department for a scheduled service appointment, things went slowly but well after I was told to find "Sally with the Clipboard" and check in with her. Routine 10,000 mile service on my Accord Touring was confirmed 20 minutes later with an assigned service advisor, then accomplished while I waited. Good work, well documented. It took a while for Honda Link to catch up with what had been done, but by evening it was current. More

Very good, and professional. I took my car for the 100,000 check up and I came out owing $2500.00, But I realize that there were things that needed to be fixed in my car; as I di I took my car for the 100,000 check up and I came out owing $2500.00, But I realize that there were things that needed to be fixed in my car; as I didn't take it in at it's 30, or 60,000 mile checkup. As I was driving home the lights on my dash started to turn on and although the car was still driving ok, I new that I needed to return it to the dealership. They fixed what was not done, and now my car is running very smoothly and I am glad that I took it. I expect my car to last at least another 6 to 10 years and I will for sure continue to take it to Manly Honda as they are professionals and guarantee their work. which for me is a plus. Thank you.
