Excellent Customer Service I called for a last minute service and was squeezed in at the end of the week. Recall and service I've purchased 3 cars from Manly Honda and was in today to service and have an airbag recall taken care of. I lost two of my 3 cars in the Tubbs fir I've purchased 3 cars from Manly Honda and was in today to service and have an airbag recall taken care of. I lost two of my 3 cars in the Tubbs fire so had "back up car" for today so Bill Robertson and Jennifer quickly set me up with a loaner CRV. This allowed me to go food shopping and run other errands. Very much appreciated. Bill has been my efficient and loyal "go to" guy at Manly for many years. Always considerate. I think the CRV will be my next car! Of course, from Manly. Wow just wow So we show up on time to drop our car off the have the Zurich coat put on . We ended up waiting over an hour . They had 3 people at the service desk and only Jennifer was actually working . She asked for help multiple times as the line built up with no response . I felt horrible for her . So now I am late for work which has cost me more money . So over this company . We are guaranteed the car will be done by 3 . We go back to pick it up and are put off for another 2 hours . Mary Beth was rude on the phone, hanging up on me and transferring me multiple times instead of answering my questions . I tried to give them another shot here and was again only disappointed . Yelp here I come!! More

misdiagnosed my car problem I brought my car in because it was not starting. There was nothing wrong with the battery but it was not their battery. They could not find the proble I brought my car in because it was not starting. There was nothing wrong with the battery but it was not their battery. They could not find the problem so they replaced the battery. A couple of months later I had the same problem. After having the car for three days and many tests(which they did before)they decided it was the starter motor. They wanted to charge me for all the tests they did but I asked the manager to remove that charges since they had done all the tests 2 months before. My car is an older car and I feel they just thought it was time for me to upgrade to the next newer model. Manly Honda is great if you are just bringing your car in for regular service but if you have a problem that is a little complicated I would not recommend them. More
