I had set it up via the website the night before, and in the morning Jennifer not only took care of me but also a delivery-pick up I scheduled for my husband that day, so that there would be no errors. She made it easy and convenient to get her what I needed electronically, and followed up with phone calls. She called me mid-day to check in and confirm when my husband's car would be picked up. Jennifer is excellent at her job! Thank you! The Free Pick up Delivery option is very convenient to getting my husband to get his car serviced and arranged at his lunch near his work, as well as for me not having to take my 3 year old into the dealership and can continue with our routine, as well as prepare for an upcoming trip. It saved me a lot of time. Jose Rocha called me when he received the paper work from rental desk. He introduced himself and discussed services I was wanting as well as interest in any potential recommended services. He asked if text option would be ok to communicate updates and/or questions, and it was more than ok -- that feature is awesome!! Jose was an excellent communicator, personable, and remembered details discussed on the phone. I would recommend Jose! Thank you! More

Frustrating This was the most frustrating service I have dealt with at Manley. For a simple oil change there were several miscommunications - I was referred to the rental department for the Valet Service. I had to leave a couple of messages before I got a call back. I spoke with Tiffany in the Service Department and she really tried to resolve the issue with setting up the Valet service since I did not get a call back. The Valet service - took multiple phone calls to get it confirmed. No one told me about the charge for the Valet service, it was good that the manager comped the Valet since it was not communicated. The address that the valet service was going to pick up my car was wrong so that was ANOTHER phone call. The Service Advisor on my paper work, Dave Ashby was no longer with Manley so there was no phone call from anyone at Manley after the looked at my car. I had to call AGAIN after the car was picked up because the paperwork I was given said my car would be ready by 6pm. I had to call AGAIN. I requested my car back by 4pm since I had an appointment. The day of the service the valet picked up my car at my work but at the end of the day, the valet service brought my car to my house - not my work where they left the loaner car. The valet service got to my work late, which led to me missing my appointment. I called AGAIN and was told I would get a call from someone to talk to me about the experience. I got a VM from Chris apologizing and pretty much giving excuses about how busy they were and he would investigate and get back to me. NO FOLLOW UP. This all could have been avoided if there was better Customer Service. Calling me and leaving a message with excuses does not fix the problem. More

Jennifer helped get me a rental car while my car was being serviced. I had a horrible head ache coming on while she was helping me and she got me something for my headache. Today was a 180,000 mile major service, with fluid exchange, plus recall work on the air bags. Because of the recall work, Manly gave me a complimentary rental car for the day. My service rep also accidentally gave me too low of an estimate for that level of major service, but they stood by the lower estimate without me even asking! I now have a detailed report of future work needed on our Civic. This dealership has very professional service reps and they stand by their work. P.S. Both Gio and Jennifer encouraged me to post a review here, but they did NOT pressure me for a "good" review or say I should give the dealership 5 stars. I appreciated that. More
1st Service and check since the new purchase. As always, everyone is helpful and pleasant to work with. The wait time was less than expected. There was a software update to be performed. The service coordinator noted that there was evidence (debris) of rodents around the battery under the hood. The service coordinator suggest I tie dryer sheets under the hood to repel the rodents. For this service there was an oil change and tire rotation as well as the standard check. The recommendation was that the tire pressure was increased. After service I picked up the car and all appeared complete. About 2 hours later, and 17 miles down the road, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) indicator came on. I sent a text to the Service Coordinator and he asked if I re-calibrated the TPMS. I checked all tires and they were all at 40 lbs. I texted back but no response, so I had to drive the rest of the 2 hr trip home with the indicator. I check the manual when I got home and the next morning I re-calibrated the TPMS indicator. This cause me to read the final paper work I received after service and it said that the tire pressure indicator was recalibrated. So I checked the rest of the service report and found that it said the Oil Life Reminder was reset (it was not, so I reset it). The next weekend when I opened the hood to tie dryer sheet inside, the debris from the rodent was still there. I notice on the service report that it said that the batter was checked and that is where the rodent debris was at, but they didn't vacuum the debris from around the battery. I would have expected that as a courtesy. And that would have given more confidence that 'attention to detail' was there. All in all, the service visit was good but I think the extra to detail would have provided confidence that all stated checked and services items were performed. This service left me wondering. More
