Great service, but 30 minutes late Once I was seen by the service rep, all was good and Jose was sensitive to my frustration. I was not happy that even though I had arrived 10 minutes Once I was seen by the service rep, all was good and Jose was sensitive to my frustration. I was not happy that even though I had arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, they didn't see me until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Of course they tried to upsell me on services, but Jose understood when I denied them. I'll probably go back, but if I have that kind of wait again I'll go elsewhere. More
