I needed a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I was introduced to Jennifer Crouch, who was very polite and easy to talk with. Jennifer completed the task of getting me a loaner car very easily. She was very professional. Manly Honda should be lucky to have more employees like Giovanni and Jennifer! More

Good Work, Great Service, Comfortable Lounge I've been well taken care of at Manly Honda. I bought a 2014 Prius Plug-In from them as well as a service package, so all I have to do is make an appo I've been well taken care of at Manly Honda. I bought a 2014 Prius Plug-In from them as well as a service package, so all I have to do is make an appointment and show up at the appointed time. They fill fluids, rotate tires, change the oil and necessary filters as needed. They check my tires for pressure and condition. And all this happens pretty quickly as I wait in the lounge with my computer, their wonderful free coffee and a warm chocolate chip cookie! I'm more than impressed with their service, I'm very pleasantly surprised with how well they go the extra mile. Bill Robertson is my go-to guy there in the Service Dept. I feel confident he'll see to it that whatever my car needs is handled. More

Did the basics well, but two disappointments Manly provided basic service dictated by mileage at reasonable price. Manly arranged Uber ride for me. However, I experienced two disappointments: cost to "diagnose" cause of reduced wiper spray was quoted as about $150; Uber drop off and pick up cost $9. First charge sounded exhorbitant for what I suspect was a simple problem, so I deferred it. Second charge feels like nickel and diming after years of free shuttle service and more recently free Uber service. Still, I'd rather pay $9 than have to arrange for a family member to drop me off and pick me up. More

Recall and oil change I was helped in a timely maner was told the recall would take 3 hours so offered me a car or Uber. I took Uber home and picked me up , they paid Uber I was helped in a timely maner was told the recall would take 3 hours so offered me a car or Uber.
