I had coupons on my phone and he scrolled through them to see which would help me with discounts on the needed 18,000 mile service. He took me out to the car and showed me how to calibrate my tire pressure. Other staff (parts) was very helpful in that I got way too much food from the taco truck which pulled away before i had a chance to get a "to-go" bag. Lovely woman at the car rental desk went into the back and brought me a zip lock bag for my left overs. I was dreading giving up the one sunny day for this service, but it wasn't at all painful. The garden will wait. More

In addition, I asked the service (Dave Ashby) I took my 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid for its first maintenance service (20point check and tire rotation). In addition, I asked the service (Dave Ashby) to look into the front passenger door which seamed to have a bit of misalignment. He agreed with the concern I had and quickly worked to have the car serviced and have the door checked. Soon after and understanding the evaluation was going to take longer, he arranged to get me on a loaner car. The evaluation, servicing and fixing the door took a little over a day. Dave maintained me informed on the status and when the car was ready to be picked up. Happy and very satisfied with the work done on the car and the excellent customer service! Definitely, coming back to this dealership. More

Emergency visit My mom fell and my gear shift broke. After the car was towed to dealer Bill prioritized my car into service and gave me to Jennifer who had to spend 1/2 hour on phone to get valid insurance card!!! Wow! Ultra helpful! She coordinated a loaner quickly so I could get to my mom in hospital.Great work! Bill understood the emergency and put me in a priority service position, and my car was fixed and ready to go by the afternoon! Even better he found I had the Zurich insurance and there was no charge for anything! This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had altogether! More
