Long Wait After Check-in, but Great Service I always have had good service with all the technicians I've worked with. Very good personalities. friendly and yet very professional. My only complaint is if I have an appointment at say 10:30, I usually have to wait 45 minutes before I could even talk to anybody. To be honest that irritates me. If you can't see me until 11:15. don't make my appointment until 11:15. I do appreciate the new coffee machine and the warm cookies (when they have them). I usually drop my car off so I have to wait 45 minutes before I can just give them my keys so I think something needs to change with that routine. I appreciate the people that work there. I appreciate the Wi-Fi and the effort to make your waiting less boring. However, I have better things to do than wait around for 45 minutes to an hour after my scheduled appointment before I can see my technician. More
