Took responibilty for scratching tire rim I had to make a return trip to the dealership so that they could repair the tire rim. Unfortunately, I had to wait 40 mins. to get the loaner car. I decided to wait during servicing, which was completed ahead of schedule. When servicing was complete the agent described what was done and the condition of my vehicle. Very professional service. Oil Change Satisfactory - Missed the Boat on the Battery I utilize Manly for oil changes to my 2 Hondas. Do appreciate the intake process together with the courtesy area and coffee supplies. However, the finding that my battery was low / needed replacement was not accurate. I subsequently called AAA for a battery replacement and had a service person come to install. Bingo, upon inspection and cleaning the battery, is fully operational and not needing replacement. Moral - always double check the results from Manly and do not get upsold when a simple cleaning would do the job. More

Both times I have been in to service my car for an oil change I have waited 30 minutes just for my name to be called to check in my car. Any other dealership I have gone to I am in and out anywhere from 7-15 minutes. Depending on if there is someone already with the advisor. It takes time to walk over and find the next person then walk back to the advisors desk. A waste of my time as I am a very busy person. My recommendation is go back to the old school customer service. I don't mind waiting in a line to be helped. I felt myself and my time were more valued then waiting for my name to be called. No body likes waiting for their name in a doctor's office why would they in a car dealership for servicing? More
ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH MANLY'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT Had to have a transmission fluid leak stopped where the front axle meets the transmission. Thank you for the consistency of service. I think it is important to remedy making on line service appointments linked appropriately to your dealership - thi for the consistency of service. I think it is important to remedy making on line service appointments linked appropriately to your dealership - this is the second time within 6 months that my appointment did not show up for the service agent resulting in a very long time waiting to get signed in. I will not use the on line appointment desk anymore until this is remedied. More

What's the point? Each time I go to Manly for service, I hope that the experience will be better. Positives are good, clean welcoming facility and staff. Bad news: Every time I have scheduled a specific time for service with a description of what service was needed, I have had to wait at least a half hour past the scheduled appointment time to even speak to a service representative. A simple oil change took 2.5 hours. What is the point of making an appointment? I have never had to wait at a doctor's office that long. Since Manly is quite a distance from my homeI always wait for the service to be performed rather than trying to go home and back. One would think that those who were waiting could have more of an "express" service depending on the nature of the service as opposed to the dealer having the car for most of the day. More
